During my career as a Realtor, I saw many ugly, moldy, unworkable bathrooms. It is just a small room but can cause the seller to lose a lot of money on the sale or even collapse the sale altogether. To find a contractor who was willing to do such a small renovation was very difficult.
The other thing I noticed is that often the work was not done properly. I believe that a bathroom makeover, should at the very minimum, deal with any mold issues and have new plumbing. Covering up a problem does not make it go away.

Eduard is the driving force behind every successful bathroom renovation we deliver. With a background in military service, he brings years of discipline, responsibility and focus to every project he leads.
After completing professional training in Germany to become certified as a journeyman tile setter, he developed a deep understanding of quality craftsmanship and precision; skills that now define his approach to work.
As the site supervisor, Eduard manages each renovation from start to finish. He coordinates the team, clearly communicates tasks, monitors progress and ensures that every step of the process meets the highest standards. He’s not only focused on getting the job done. He’s committed to doing it right.
Known for his strong work ethic and hands-on leadership style, Eduard is respected by his team for being both firm and fair. His military background instilled a sense of discipline that shines through in the way he plans, executes and follows through. He holds himself and others to high standards; always pushing for the best possible result.
